About Us: The Great Adventure Conference is hosted by Catalina Foothills Church in partnership with many evangelical churches in the Tucson area. This conference challenges men of all ages—from students in high school to men in their 80’s—to “Be Christ’s Man.”
The Conference is packed with opportunities for men:
• To focus on Christ & exalt Him in worship
• To encourage one another & draw strength from
fellowship together
• To practically apply the truths we are learning
in break out sessions
• To be challenged & motivated by inspiring messages
from our keynote speaker.
"Real men want a real relationship with a real God living in the real world"
At the end of the day our prayer is to see the Holy Spirit stir the hearts and minds of men for Christ and His Kingdom. We believe that if we can reach and impact a man, we will impact marriages, families, neighborhoods, the marketplace, Tucson, and our culture.

Steve regularly consults and leads seminars in this country and around the world with churches from a wide range of denominations in developing local men’s ministries and leadership issues. He is the author of the book, How to Build a Life Changing Men’s Ministry. Steve and his wife, Colleen, have four children: Kristin, Angela, Tim, and Jon.
Josh Weidmann
Passionate, intense, authentic, and relevant. Josh Weidmann could be described in a number of ways, but the best description might simply be that Josh is ordinary. He is an ordinary man who God is choosing to use in extraordinary ways. Since his teenage years, Josh has been speaking to thousands of people, but not because of his own talent or some amazing life story. He spoke on opening night of DCLA 2000 at Creation Festival East and West, as well as Spirit West Coast. He is merely a young man who God continually uses as a voice among youth. Josh’s laser-like passion for the cross and Christ beams from every part of his life as he strives to present the truth to his generation in order to help them find a relationship with God through Jesus Christ.
